and current, there may be instances when information about a Property contains inaccurate
or incomplete data, including data about the Property's price or availability. We
make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free,
complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content
on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any listing containing any error, inaccuracy, illigal activities, or inappropriate
material, whether or not the listing has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating
the website. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic
sales only. We do spontaneously review listing, however, we are unable to monitor
every listing and therefore we disclaim all responsibility for listing content.

on our website, as well as services rendered by third party services such as "Tenant

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, and MasterCard.
We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website
purchases.

We are based out of Washington and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required
by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable
state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally
be the combined state and local rate for the address where your Property is located,
or where the billing address is located.
For any online purchase of a tax-exempt item or service during a sales tax holiday
period, by completing the purchase, you certify that the service is being purchased
for personal use only and you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if
the item or service is used for other than personal use.
